Who is responsible

Kallisto Total Store, based in Aruba, is the data controller for the information described on this page. To ask a question about your data, or to request that we delete it, email tiendatotalaruba@gmail.com or use the request form.

Our quote request form

When you submit a quote request we collect the information you type into it:

• Your name
• Your company name, if you provide one
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you provide one
• What you are enquiring about, and the project details you write
• Any products you added from the catalogue — their names, SKUs and quantities

Why we collect it

Solely to answer your enquiry and prepare the quote you asked for. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

How it reaches us

Submissions are delivered to our own email inbox by Resend, an email delivery provider that processes the message on our behalf. The form does not create an account and does not store your enquiry in a database on this website.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry stays in our email records for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our normal business and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track your behaviour across other websites. Because there are no non-essential cookies, there is no consent banner to accept or reject.

Your quote list is stored on your device

When you add products to a quote request, that list is saved in your own browser’s local storage so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device and is never sent to us until you submit the request. Clearing the list with the “Clear” button, or clearing your browser data, removes it completely.

If we add a service that handles your information differently, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
